MAINTENANCE AND OWNERSHIP

The highest level of achievable craftsmanship and design has been accessed in the construction of this work. In the event of damage due to the external production or postage (Australia Post, Courier etc) this is not the liability of E Artistry. Appropriate measures will be taken to prevent and ensure your process is safe, in the event of damage, this will be addressed on an individual basis with no promise or guarantee of return or reimbursement. The production or postage carrier is responsible for this segment of product delivery. If any fault or issue arises within 12 months, please get in contact, and we will see where possible a repair, without return, can be achieved.

The maintenance of the artwork is dependant upon the client. This includes but is not limited to; ensuring the cleanliness of the environment, the regularity of dusting of the frame; the wiping of the print or canvas with non-liquid or fabric material; the safety of the position; the exposure to direct sunlight. It is suggested that the artwork is kept in a clean, shaded, shielded wall space, away from pets, children and windows. The sunlight exposure is a key factor in the fading of the print, which will shorten the lifespan of the visual. If sunlight will touch this work, please contact about UV spray procedure, or undergo this process yourself with due diligence, if applicable to the surface of your work (please be aware this may not suit the ink or material and cause damage).

SUMMARY: Maintenance is responsibility of the owner or recipient of artwork. See terms & conditions.

SHIPPING POLICY 

​

- After receiving your order, each piece is printed, hand-framed and packaged. Then, the item is shipped.

- We cannot deliver packaged items to PO BOX.

- All parcels require a signature on delivery (if you request ‘authority to leave’ E Artistry/Courier is not responsible for any damage, loss or theft of your parcel.)

- All art is sold on a made-to-order basis, please allow 3-4 weeks production time.

- If you require by a specific date please ensure this is specified so we can work with you to achieve this, however this cannot be guaranteed.

- Shipping is via a courier network and depending on your location we estimate it will take between 2-10 business days. Delivery times will vary depending on your location, you will be provided with tracking once dispatched. All orders are dispatched from Brisbane, Australia.

 

SUMMARY: Shipping is handled by the artist and an external production house.

RETURN POLICY

​

- We do not accept returns for change of mind purchases as our prints and frames are all custom made. Please choose carefully before placing your order.

- Please note: In order to process a return, we MUST have photo evidence of damage to the exterior packaging and photo evidence of damage to the item, before a decision can be made.

- Damaged Returns Claims must be submitted within 24 hours (1 business day) of receiving the damaged item.

- Please forward all returns enquiry to eartistrydesign@outlook.com clearly state the artist name, order number and client name.

SUMMARY: No returns for change of mind or damage by customer, handled on a case by case basis.
